We are Development Solaia, a specialized real estate development and construction firm. Our company is a real estate leader with more than 1,500 condo units built across Greater Montreal and is recognized for our exceptional service and the unique lifestyle experience we offer our clients.

Solaia Development draws its strength from the expertise and passion of its founders, who have a combined experience of more than fifty years in the real estate development and construction industries.

As long-time collaborators, our administrators are devoted to their projects and entirely dedicated to their clients. Their passion for the real estate development and construction industries motivates them daily.
